I bought this book for a fiend of mine. She received the skillet for christmas. The recipes are wonderful. What could be greater on a snowy day than whipping up one of these recipes.

Lodge Cast Iron Cooking

Gave it to my son who is a cast iron guru. His nose was in the book the whole evening. Haven't talked to him to see if he has cooked anything from the book. Definitely a hit with him.
