I flipped through this book as soon as I got it. I'm not much on canning although my mother and husband are into canning things. I was pleasantly surprised with all sorts of recipes in there. I have not tried any recipes yet but am looking forward to when veggies and fruits are ripe so I can take the recipes for a test drive!

More Than Just Jellies

When I bought this book, I thought it would be lots of jams, jellies, and pickles but there are recipes for barbecue sauces, ketchup, etc. Haven't tried any of the recipes yet but they look interesting.
