So far, so delicious
April 18, 2012

I haven't tried many of the recipes, but everything I've tried has been stellar - and easy to make! I brought the eggplant rollitini to a party where it was a big hit and my boyfriend loves the meatloaf with buttermilk mashed potatoes. We're going to be making those recipes a LOT.

Nice Light
March 19, 2012

Although Everyday Food magazine gets carried away with the specialty ingredients, this book is good for lighter fare. Although it is still difficult to make a lot of the recipes if you do not live near a Whole Foods market or other source for a lot of the ingredients, the recipes are easy and substitutions can be made.

Has what I wanted
March 12, 2012

First of all, I have to say that I have not made any of the recipes, so cannot verify how they taste. However, what I see in this book is that it is layed out well, with great pictures. The number of ingredients is not enough to put off some of us who don't want to spend all our time in the kitchen just for one meal and the nutritional facts are there for each recipe. No matter what your taste, there has to be something in this book to give you a new twist on some food item. Maybe a better way with a veggie, something dieters are always looking for. Buy it, you'll enjoy it.

Healthy

Lots of salads, veggies in the meals. I thought it would be more like the magazines. But not all recipes in the magazine are light. Great if you like light.

Great book
January 29, 2012

Great book! I've already tried a couple of recipes and the cold soba noodles with cucumber I've already made twice for lunch! I love how it is organized by seasons and not overly complicated. The pictures are inspirational and a great help to kickstart my New Years resolution to eat healthier. Bought as a gift for a friend.
