Author of such memorable books as The Art of Landscape Quilting, Machine Embroidery With Confidence, Let's Sew, and 501 Sewing Hints, Nancy Zeiman burst onto the crafting scene in 1979, when she first unveiled Nancy's Notions, a direct-mail company dealing in sewing supplies and accessories. From 1982 to the present, she's been the host of Sewing With Nancy, the longest-running sewing program of all time, and she's received a number of awards, including the National 4-H Alumni Award in 1991, and the Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year Award from the Wisconsin Women's Entrepreneurs Association. Nancy currently lives in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin with her husband Richard and her sons, Ted and Tom.
